Building technology with purpose, patience, and pride.

Dvika Next-Gen Tech Solutions was built on a simple belief: technology should make work clearer, fairer, and easier — not more complicated.

We build end-to-end software platforms designed for India — shaped by real people, real businesses, and real challenges.

We don’t rush products or chase trends. We build systems meant to last — systems that support people, not overwhelm them.

Legacy That Guides Our Work

Legacy That Guides Our Work

Dvika is shaped by lineage and values.

From the Founder’s great-grandfather, Late Shri Chrinjilal Agrawal , who believed deeply in discipline, integrity, and consistency.

From the Founder’s grandfather, Late Hon’ble Justice S.C. Agrawal, whose life reflected balance, fairness, and responsibility.

And from a family where thinking clearly, choosing patiently, and building for the long term were everyday lessons.

This lineage is not about titles.

It is about how work is done.

The Voltrax Journey — And Where Technology Found Its Purpose

Voltrax did not begin as a product.

More than a decade ago, it started as an internal system built to handle everyday business realities — customer follow-ups, field work, calls, teams, expenses, and accountability.

Over the years, this system was used daily, improved repeatedly, tested across real operations, and strengthened through failures and fixes. Only what worked stayed.

Technology’s role is comfort — not control.

As Palak observed businesses, courtrooms, and people-driven systems, one thing became clear to her:

Technology’s role is not control. It is comfort. It is ease. It is giving people space to think and do better work.

She saw what the right systems change.

She saw how the right systems reduced stress, removed dependency on individuals, and made work calmer and more predictable.

Meet the Founder

Palak’s journey is not unusual — and that is exactly the point.

She did not start with a roadmap, capital, or certainty. She started with curiosity and the willingness to keep going.

Growing up around conversations about work, responsibility, and justice, she learned early that clarity matters more than speed — and that systems, not effort alone, determine outcomes.

That way of thinking led her to law — and later to a repeating pattern: people were working hard, but systems were failing them.

People were working hard. But systems were failing them.

  • Processes were scattered.
  • Information was hard to access.
  • Too much depended on individuals instead of structure.

That realization stayed.

Choosing to Build

Palak did not decide to build Dvika in a single moment.

It came gradually — from seeing what worked, what didn’t, and what could be better if technology focused on solutions instead of complexity.

With steady support from her father — who stood behind the journey, helping turn ideas into working systems — she chose consistency over shortcuts.

No rush. No noise. Just patient building.

What We Believe

Dvika is built on a simple belief:

Most people don’t fail because they lack ability.
They struggle because they lack the right systems.

With clarity, consistency, and the courage to start,
anyone can build something meaningful.

That belief guides everything we create.

This is Dvika.
Rooted in values.
Built with patience.
Focused on making work easier for people who do it every day.
